Northern Ohio PGA Information
Northern Ohio PGA Professional Championship will qualify 8 players to The 2010 PGA Professional National Championship, June 27-30, 2010 at French Lick Resort in French Lick, Indiana.
The 2010 PGA Professional National Championship features a purse of $500,000, with live television coverage of all four rounds by the Golf Channel. A 312-player field of the nation’s finest PGA Professionals will assemble at French Lick Resort. Following 36 holes of play, the field will be trimmed to low 70 scores and ties.
The low 20 scores earn berths into the 92nd PGA Championship, Aug. 9-15, 2010, at Whistling Straights in Kohler, Wisconsin. In addition to the Walter Hagen Cup, the PGA Professional National Championship winner also receives an exemption into the next ten PGA Professional National Championships and exemptions into six 2011 PGA Tour Events.
